Prices shown in 1, 2, 3 are for the service available during the whole conference period. Other forms of promotion are also possible, based on individual requests and subject to negotiations.
Included in the simple unmanned display price are: (1) table(s) to place the promotional materials, and (2) exhibitors flyer, or other promotional materials, placed in conference delegates’ bags.
Included in simple manned display price: (1) table(s) + chair(s), electricity, Internet access; and (2) exhibitors flyer, or other promotion materials, placed in conference delegates’ bags. This price also includes representative's access to the conference lunch, coffee breaks and social events.
Location of each display will be shown on the Exhibitions and Demonstrations map provided to the delegates together with the conference materials. If applicable, routes to the Conference rooms or specially designated demonstration areas will be marked with the appropriate signs.
Organizers do not take responsibility for the electronic devices or other valuable things left unattended in the display area.
