Sponsorship opportunities

The anticipated number of participants for FedCSIS will go beyond 300 researchers and will include representatives not only from European countries, but also from Americas, Asia and Australia. With high number and diversity of events during the conference, FedCSIS is an excellent forum for establishing and enhancing partnerships between academia and industry.

Therefore, we kindly invite industrial partners to support FedCSIS. Below we list the sponsorship packages and the associated benefits:

Diamond Sponsor (for contributions over 20,000 PLN + VAT)

• Number of stands/tables: 2 (can be combined into one larger stand)
• Number of banners/roll-ups etc. at the conference venue (location to be agreed): 4
• Maximum number of company's representatives as sessions and social events participants: 4
• Naming the sponsor in the introduction to the conference proceedings and in the post-conference report, which will be published on the conference website
• Technical presentation of the company - related to the scope of one of the events of the FedCSIS conference – presented to all participants, topic to be decided in collaboration with conference organizers: 30 minutes
• Sponsor's logo at the conference website (including a link to sponsor's website)
• Ability to place PR materials (in English) in conference bags of all participants (flyers, brochures, gadgets, gifts)
• Other forms of promotion to be agreed between the Sponsor and the Organizers (in case when the contribution is substantially higher than the base 20,000 PLN + VAT)
• Sponsoring a specific social event is possible and subject to detailed negotiations.

Gold Sponsor (for contribution over 15,000 PLN + VAT)

• Number of stands/tables: 1
• Number of banners/roll-ups etc. at the conference venue (location to be agreed): 3
• Maximum number of company's representatives as sessions and social events participants: 3
• Naming the sponsor in the introduction to the conference proceedings and in the post-conference report, which will be published on the conference website
• Technical presentation of the company - related to the scope of one of the events of the FedCSIS conference – presented during the selected event, topic to be decided in collaboration with conference organizers: 20 minutes
• Sponsor's logo at the conference website (including a link to sponsor's website)
• Ability to place PR materials (in English) in conference bags of all participants (flyers, brochures, gadgets, gifts)
• Other forms of promotion to be agreed between the Sponsor and the Organizers (in case when the contribution is substantially higher than the base 15,000 PLN + VAT)
• Sponsoring a specific social event is possible and subject to detailed negotiations.

Silver Sponsor (for contribution over 10,000 PLN + VAT)

• Number of banners/roll-ups etc. at the conference venue (location to be agreed): 2
• Maximim number of company's representatives as sessions and social events participants: 2
• Naming the sponsor in the introduction to the conference proceedings and in the post-conference report, which will be published on the conference website
• Sponsor's logo at the conference website (as a link to sponsor's website)
• Ability to place PR materials (in English) in conference bags of all participants (flyers, brochures, gadgets, gifts)
• Other forms of promotion to be agreed between the Sponsor and the Organizers (in case when the contribution is substantially higher than the base 10,000 PLN + VAT)
• Sponsoring a specific social event is possible and subject to detailed negotiations.

Bronze Sponsor (for contribution over 5,000 PLN + VAT)

• Number of banners/roll-ups etc. at the conference venue (location to be agreed): 1
• Maximum number of company's representatives as sessions and social events participants: 1
• Naming the sponsor in the introduction to the conference proceedings and in the post-conference report, which will be published on the conference website
• Sponsor's logo at the conference website (including a link to sponsor's website)
• Ability to place PR materials (in English) in conference bags of all participants (flyers, brochures, gadgets, gifts)
