For the third time, the "International Symposium on Services Science (ISSS)" will offer a unique platform for advancing research and discussions in Service Science. ISSS welcomes research from academia and practice on Service Science, which includes general concepts, design principles and paradigms, engineering methodologies and all activities associated with managing IT-based services.

- Service platforms for orchestrating and maintaining services

- Service customization and localization
- Service operation
- Service technologies
- Service Science in application domains, such as logistics, finance, etc.
Paper Submission and Publication
- Papers will be refereed and accepted on the basis of their scientific merit and relevance to the symposium.
- Accepted and Presented paper will be published in the Conference Proceedings and included in the IEEE Xplore® database and indexed in the DBLP.
- Authors should submit draft papers (as Postscript, PDF of MSWord file)
- The total length of a paper should not exceed 8 pages (IEEE style). IEEE style templates are available here.
- Extended versions of selected papers will be
considered for Special Issues of:
- Electronic Markets - The International Journal on Networked Business,
- International Journal of Information Systems in the Service Sector,
- International Journal of Service Science, Management, Engineering, and Technology (IJSSSMET),
- and possibly other journals that will be announced later. - Organizers reserve right to move accepted papers between FedCSIS events.
