W poszukiwaniu praktyk zarządzania dla gospodarki
wiedzy.
Dość szybko dokonuje się przepowiadane
przez Alvina i Heidi Tofflerów, Petera Druckera i
innych futurologów przejście od gospodarki
przemysłowej do gospodarki opartej na wiedzy.
Innowacyjność przestaje być kojarzona wyłącznie z
pojęciem wynalazku jako rezultatu tradycyjnego procesu
badawczo-rozwojowego (R&D).
Wprawdzie jest to wciąż bardzo ważny
obszar działalności firm, pojawiają się jednak
również nowe formy działań tworzące swoisty
„Łańcuch Innowacji”: innowacyjność modelu
wartości (value innovation), innowacja w zarządzaniu
(management innovation) oraz innowacja strategiczna,
czyli dotycząca modelu biznesowego przedsiębiorstwa
(business model innovation).
Infovide-Matrix, wraz z partnerami od
dwóch lat realizuje systematyczne badania
ankietowe przedsiębiorstw dotyczące łańcucha innowacyji.
Analizowane dane dotyczą wzorców procesów
innowacyjnych, czynników sprzyjających skutecznym
innowacjom, barier w realizacji zakładanych celów
innowacyjnych, oraz technik zarządzania łańcuchem
innowacji. Dwie tury badań międzynarodowych realizowane
we współpracy z Cutter Consortium zostały
uzupełnione wynikami dotyczącymi polskiej gospodarki.
Stanowią one element program identyfikacji praktyk
zarządzania ważnych dla gospodarki wiedzy prowadzony
przez Infovide-Matrix pod hasłem
„Legonomia”.
W ramach prezentacji przedstawimy wybrane
wyniki tego programu.

The Quest for New Management Toolbox.
The 21st-century shift from
an industrial to a knowledge-based economy envisioned
by such thought leaders as Alvin and Heidi Toffler,
Peter Drucker, and others is quickly materializing. The
shift is clearly marked by the rising importance of the
terms “innovation” and “innovation
management” in many modern enterprises as well as
the extension of the notion of innovation beyond the
traditional area of invention. This is not to say that
invention - the result of traditional R&D processes
- is losing importance. On the contrary, in an economy
of intangibles, there are not many things more valuable
than the ownership of an intellectual asset such as a
successful technical standard, a breakthrough
technology, or a new drug formula. But the invention
advantage is complemented by three other forms of
innovative activities: value innovation, management
innovation, and business model (strategic) innovation.
These three categories form the pillars of business by
using the capability to change as the competitive
weapon - a business innovation chain.
Infovide-Matrix runs systematic surveys
on enterprise innovation. The research is focused on
innovation process patterns, innovation inhibitors and
enablers as well as innovation chain management
techniques. Two international editions of the survey
were conducted jointly with Cutter Consortium in 2007
and 2008. The international benchmark has been extended
to cover in detail enterprise innovation practices on
the Polish market. The surveys are part of a broader
research program (code named “Legonomy”)
which aims at the identification of practices forming a
management toolbox for the knowledge economy.
The presentation will cover selected
results of the program.
