There are two sources of accomodations made available to FedCSIS participants:
(1) hotels near the conference venue
As what concerns hotels, here one can find the list of hotels, near the conference site, with special discounts for the FedCSIS participants. Please note that this list has been prepared by an external company (Biuro Kongresów Jordan). All questions concerning accomodations should be send directly to Ms. Barbara Czerw at Barbara.Czerw@jordan.pl .

The registration form for Hampton Hotel (by Hilton Warszawa) is available here; upon completion, please send it directly to Ms. Barbara Czerw at Barbara.Czerw@jordan.pl .

(2) dormitory located on campus of the Technical University (conference host).
As what concerns the dormitory, its name is DS Riviera and more info about it can be found also here (map how to get from the DS Riviera to the conference venue can be foud on the bottom of this page). All questions concerning accomodations at the DS Riviera should be sent to secretariat@fedcsis.org.
